Please Read The Following Prior To Booking An Appointment.

Booking Policy

• To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $30 is required. This deposit will be credited towards your total service cost, with the remaining balance due at the conclusion of your appointment.

• Payment methods accepted include: Cashapp ($5 Fee for all transactions), Zelle, Navy Fed, and Venmo

  • No Cash

• Limit of 1 extra person during service.

Before Your Appointment

• Your comfort during the service is important, so please feel free to make any necessary arrangements. If you have a sensitive scalp, experience breakage, or encounter any scalp-related concerns, please disclose it in the intake form.

• Please refrain from booking an appointment on a day when you have other commitments, as I will not rush my work under any circumstances. The available times provided are estimates, as the styling process may require more or less time than anticipated.

During Your Appointment

• Hair is included for all braid styles only (weaves and installs upon request)

• Wash & Blowdry is included as part of your appointment. If you prefer to wash your hair on your own prior to your visit, kindly inform me during the booking process.

• You are welcome to bring your own hair products.

• Snacks and refreshments are available.

• Please do not hesitate to ask questions, kindly correct or speak up. Any adjustments or changes are to be made aware of within 7 days after the appointment.

• Main priority: Comfort & convenience for us both!

Location

• The salon is located in 20 mins from main base. Two days prior to your scheduled appointment, you will receive a text message containing the precise location. If you booked for a “House Call”, please include the precise location for an accurate price.

Cancellation/Rescheduling/Late-Fees/Squeeze-Ins

• A grace period of 15 minutes is allotted before your appointment is subject to reschedule or cancellation.

• A late fee of $30 will be applied if you arrive after 10 minutes.

• Please notify me if you anticipate being late for any reason.

• Squeeze in appointments are accommodated within the next three days or outside regular business hours. A fee of $75 is applicable for last-minute appointments, which is separate from your service balance.
